win11 运行swoole-cli报错
### 问题描述 ### Swoole版本，PHP版本，以及操作系统版本信息 ### 相关代码 ```php $ swoole-cli -v 0 [main] swoole-cli (224) D:\phpstudy_ynleuan\Extensions\swoole-cli-v4.8.11-cygwin64\bin\swoole-cli.exe: *** fatal error - cygheap base mismatch detected - 0x180349408/0x180346408. This problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL. Search for cygwin1.dll using the Windows Start->Find/Search facility and delete all but the most recent version. The most recent version *should* reside in x:\cygwin\bin, where 'x' is the drive on which you have installed the cygwin distribution. Rebooting is also suggested if you are unable to find another cygwin DLL. ``` ### 你期待的结果是什么？实际看到的错误信息又是什么？ 运行报错，请问要如何处理，谢谢

你的系统中是否已经安装了`cygwin`，并且设置到了系统的`PATH`环境变量中，可能会与`swoole-cli`发生冲突，导致`swoole-cli`加载了错误的`cygwin`相关`.dll`动态链接库。
